A charming place with very good service. Varied menu with great suggestions. I ordered alaminuta with steak and onions, which was delicious. A great farofa accompanies the dish.

The restaurant is amazing. The food is extremely tasty, the service is excellent and very friendly. The price is ridiculously good. My wife and I shared a dish for two and paid less than we would have paid for a single dish in Gramado. The meat was delicious, the dish was very filling and it even comes with dessert included. This is an incredible find here in Canela.

I am visiting Rio de Janeiro from the South. And today, while walking through Canela, I came across the charm of Bistrô Estância. I stopped for lunch; we ordered a plate of filet mignon with parmigiana for two, which came with a complimentary dessert and a coffee.Since I was with a pet, I chose to eat at the outside tables, so as not to cause discomfort to the other customers. This did not affect my experience at all; on the contrary, I was very well attended to and the meal was very tasty and well seasoned.The dessert (complimentary) was a luxury, a mix of pavê with dulce de leche and coffee cream with chocolate chips... everything was great!To top it off with a 10 out of 10, a fresh coffee at the perfect temperature.So, Bistrô Estância is highly recommended and I certainly recommend the experience.Congratulations to the entire team.

We went to the bistro on the recommendation of our family who lives here, and during our stay we had lunch here several times and it was always wonderful. All the dishes were impeccable, they didn't take long to prepare and they accept advance reservations and the animals are outside.I highly recommend the burger (which I ordered 3 times lol) and some of the A La Minuta dishes, they were all delicious. The prices are very affordable, and you get away from the expensive Serra Gaucha route. A burger with fries and a dessert (which is already included) costs less than 35 reais.Jeferson and the entire staff are very polite and attentive, we will always be back.

The place was organized, clean and well located. The service was excellent, as was the food! The staff waited patiently for us to leave after opening hours, and then returned everything to normal. We were happy!
